The Bedford River Festival in July 2008 will be our biggest and best yet and there are many ways your business can be involved, from sponsorship and partnership working to promote your business and products to activities and actual onsite involvement during the weekend.
Enter a Dragonboat team - up to 20 people paddle each boat with a drummer at the front beating time and a Helmsman at the tail steering a straight course. No previous experience is required, just loads of team spirit. Dragonboats, Helmsman and all equipment is provided by the organisers.
The cost per team is £295 book a team now to avoid disappointment.
Carnival Parade - leaving De Pary’s Avenue the parade is a riotous colourful start to the festival. The event is free to enter and is open to everyone as walking groups, small vehicles, bands and musical groups and articulated decorated vehicles. There are opportunities to collect for your own or local charity as well as prizes for the best floats. This is a fantastic way just to promote your business name as well as collecting for a nominated charity. Entry forms now available.

Raft races – The Traditional raft races take place on Sunday 13th July and are always great fun. Build your own raft, enter a team and see how far you can row down the Great River Ouse. Entry forms available next month.
Community Stage - You may have a band a singer or a magician as part of your business who could perform on our community stage. The community stage in 2006 was incredibly successful and slots filled up very quickly. Entry forms are available below so book your slot early to avoid disappointment!
