This new early season event is a mixed road and trail 8 mile run from the famous Lakeside Centre at Frimley - the World Darts Champs are in the previous 2 weeks, this will certainly be a different type of event for the venue. The first half of the run is on a hilly road route through wooded countryside.

At halfway the route takes a sharp left and you join the Basingstoke Canal at the pretty Pirbright locks. Heading back on the tow path you’ll pass the series of locks on the way back to Frimley finishing with a short road section back to Lakeside.

A donation will be made from all entry fees to Frimley Park Hospital projects.

Minimum age 16. Medals for all finishers.

Garmin 305 for first male and female finisher.

Prizes for top 5 men/women, first M&W 35, 40, 45, 50, 60+.
