What is the majorsporty Community?

TSLC (majorsporty) is developing an interactive community service where members can post and share information, photographs, video and other community content (The Content). The Content may include text, data, videos, stories, pictures, interviews or other material which can be shared with the majorsporty community. All submitted content, whether posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted will be the sole responsibility of the person submitting it, the originator. For clarity this means you, not us. majorsporty will endeavour to format submitted Content into a convenient style, check grammar and spelling where appropriate but in doing so does not guarantee the quality, integrity, accuracy or Copyright of the Content.
majorsporty do not accept any responsibility or liability for Content or any loss or damages incurred as a result of the Content being displayed.

How Do I Submit Content to the Community?

majorsporty intend the interactive community service to allow members to share their experiences, passion for sport and activities and love of life. To fulfil this we encourage members to submit Content to share with other members and the wider community. Some common sense rules which we would like you to follow:

• Share your experiences and fun but above all ‘Do the Right Thing’
• Do not upload, post or email any Content that is or could be considered unlawful, harmful or threatening, abusive, racist, fraudulent defamatory, libellous or obscene. majorsporty will inform appropriate authorities of any such material and you will be excluded from the system.
• Do not impersonate other people or forge identities of individuals or organisations to disguise your identity or origin of the Content.
• Do not upload or email or post Content that you do not have the right to provide under any laws or contractual arrangement including confidentiality agreements.
• You must not upload or post or email any Content that infringes any Copyright, patent, trademark or any confidential or proprietary information.
• You must not post, email or transmit any unsolicited, unwanted or unauthorised advertising or promotional materials including junk emails, spam or chain letters or any other form of solicitation.
• You must not upload, post, email or transmit any material containing software viruses or other computer code or programmes designed to affect the majorsporty site operation and functionality in any way or those of its members.

majorsporty will use best endeavours to format the Content to make it easily accessible and available for the Community however we reserve the right to pre-screen, refuse, omit or move any Content. majorsporty also reserves the right to move, remove or alter any Content at our absolute sole discretion at any time.
You accept that majorsporty may access and disclose your account information and Content if required under law or acting in good faith that such disclosure will either comply with current legal requirements or in protecting the interests of Copyright and the rights and safety of the Community Members.

Who owns the Community Content?

majorsporty does not claim ownership of the Content (unless either obtained by us or covered under a separate agreement) submitted by Members. We do however require you to allow us to use the Content for inclusion to the Community Content and publicly available areas on a worldwide Royalty Free and Non-exclusive licence basis. The Content may be utilised for multiple media formats including email bulletins, the website, text services and hard copy

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold majorsporty and any related companies, affiliates, Directors, agents, employees free from any claim or demand including legal fees made by any third party in relation to any Content that you submit, post or transmit.

Copyright Claims and Infringement of Intellectual Property

majorsporty is keen to develop a thriving interactive sporting community with fresh and interesting information and material. Whilst this will include material already being circulated in the public domain including the World Wide Web we do respect the intellectual property rights and copyright of others, we expect our Members to do the same. In simple terms you know whether you are doing the right thing or not.
majorsporty reserve the right to suspend or terminate Members accounts at our sole discretion for Members who consistently and repeatedly infringe these rules.

Ideally we would be grateful if you could provide us with the following details:

• A description of the material that has been infringed
• The location, description and format of the material on the site.
• Your contact details e.g. phone, email and address
• A statement by you that the information that you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property Owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.
