Women’s HydroActive 5km Challenge

This is the perfect challenge for women who like the outdoors, but can't commit to training - because it is suitable for all levels.  So grab some friends, the dog or a pram and stroll through Hyde Park whilst raising money for the Trust.

The HydroActive Women's Challenge is a 5km (3 mile) run, walk or stroll designed for women of all ages and abilities. Last year 22,000 women took part in three different locations; London's Hyde Park, Birmingham and Liverpool City Centre’s.
