BTS Introduction

BTS is the most popular range of group fitness training offered in clubs throughout the UK. The Bunyan Sports Centre are now offering a varied programme of four different BODY programmes to provide you with the ultimate in workout experience.

All the BTS programmes introduce new choreography and music every three months to keep classes fresh and you inspired. This also makes it easier for people to join a class at any time.

The most successful group fitness programme in history, BODYPUMP® is a 45 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
